中文摘要: 本试验通过单因素和正交试验对天麻多糖的提取进行了研究,探究提取温度、料液比、提取时间对天麻多糖得率的影响,结果表明,天麻多糖的最佳提取条件为:提取温度80℃,液料比30∶1(mL/g),提取时间2 h,天麻多糖得率为13.46%。此外,通过单因素和正交试验确定了天麻饮料的最佳配方为天麻提取液∶红枣汁7∶3(体积比)、白砂糖6%、柠檬酸0.05%,该饮料具有较好的抗氧化活性。

Abstract:The extraction conditions of Gastrodia elata Blume(GE)polysaccharide were explored by singlefactor and orthogonal experiment.The effects of extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio,extraction time on the yield of GE polysaccharide were studied.The results indicated that the optimal extraction parameters were:extraction temperature of 80℃,liquid-solid ratio of 30∶1(mL/g),extraction time of 2 h,and the yield of polysaccharide was 13.46%.Besides,the optimal formulation of GE drinks was obtained by single-factor and orthogonal experiment.The optimal formulation was:extraction liquid of GE ∶red dates juice 7 ∶3(volume ratio),white sugar of 6%and citric acid of 0.05%.The drinks exhibited better antioxidant activity.
