中文摘要: 建立气相色谱/串联三重四级杆质谱同时测定鲑鱼、对虾中50种农药残留的方法。对三重四级杆质谱(MS/MS)检测参数及样品前处理方式进行优化。样品经乙腈提取后,冷冻、离心,QuEChERS方法净化,采用气相色谱/串联三重四级杆质谱仪检测,50种农药在线性范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,线性系数大于0.99。本检测方法的检出限(LOD)为0.001 mg/kg~0.005 mg/kg,方法验证试验结果表明,该类化合物的平均回收率在65%~118%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.74%~12.3%之间。本方法重现性好,精密度高,操作简单,适用于鲑鱼、对虾等水产品中多种农药残留的检测。
Abstract:A multiresidue analytical method for 50 pesticide residues in salmon and prawn were established by gas chromatography/triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC/MS/MS).The triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(MS/MS)detection parameters and sample pretreatment method were optimized.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,freezing,centrifuged,and purified by QuEChERS and detected by gas chromatography/triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC/MS/MS).The 50 pesticides in linear range were shown good linear relationship,and the linear coefficient was higher than 0.99.The detection limit of this test method (LOD)was 0.001 mg/kg-0.005 mg/kg,and the experimental results of methods verified showed that the recoveries were between 65%-118%and relative standard deviations(RSD)were between 0.74%-12.3%.The method has good reproducibility,high precision,simple operation,therefore,it is suitable for the detection of a variety of pesticide residues in salmon,prawn and other aquatic products.
