中文摘要: 建立高效液相色谱测定饮料中B族维生素含量的方法。采用直接或者稀释后0.22 μm孔径滤膜过滤直接上样,使用 Phenomenex C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,采用水、乙腈、甲醇三相梯度洗脱,紫外检测波长为266 nm。结果显示,5种 B 族维生素在 1 μg/mL~100 μg/mL 范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.997 5~0.999 4),平均加样回收率为95.75%~102.38%,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.39%~2.92%。该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,可用于饮料中B族维生素含量的测定。
Abstract:A method was developed for the determination of B vitamins in drinks by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The samples were directly injected in HPLC or after diluted,filtrating with 0.22 μm micropore filters.The separation was performed by using the Phenomenex C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with water,acetonitrile,methanol as the mobile phase under three-phase gradient elution mode,and the UV detectionwavelengthwas266nm.The resultsshowedthatthe five kindsofB vitaminswas in the range of 1 ng/mL-100 ng/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.997 5-0.999 4,and the average recovery was 95.75%-102.38%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.39%-2.92%。This method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive for the determination of B vitamins in the drinks.
