响应面法优化金花葵籽多糖提取工艺研究

中文摘要: 采用水提法对金花葵籽中多糖成分进行提取,研究不同提取条件对金花葵籽多糖得率的影响。以金花葵籽多糖的得率为考察指标,以提取温度、提取时间、液料比进行单因素实验的基础上,再利用响应面法优化金花葵籽多糖的提取条件。结果表明,金花葵籽多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度71℃、提取时间3.30 h、液料比31∶1(mL/g),多糖得率为13.58%,与预期值的相对误差为3.74%,试验表明采用响应面法优化提取金花葵籽多糖是合理可行的。

Abstract:The effects of different extraction conditions on the yield of Seed of Hibiscus manihot L.polysaccharide were studied by water extraction method.In this study,the extraction rate of polysaccharide from seed of Hibiscus manihot L.was studied by using response surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiments with extraction temperature,extraction time and ratio of liquid to material.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 71℃,extraction time 3.30 h,ratio of liquid to material 31 ∶1(mL/g).The yield of polysaccharide was 13.58%,and the relative error with the expected value was 3.74%.The results showed that it was reasonable to use the response surface method to optimize the extraction of polysaccharide from Hibiscus manihot L..
