中文摘要: 研究采用虞山的珊瑚菌作为试验材料,应用微波辅助提取改进珊瑚菌多糖的工艺参数。首先以珊瑚菌多糖得率作为指标,进行单因素试验,探究提取时间、微波功率以及液料比对其影响。在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面试验设计并结合响应面法来改进微波提取珊瑚菌多糖工艺,得出优化后的提取参数:微波功率410 W、提取时间8 min、液料比33∶1(mL/g),珊瑚菌多糖得率为7.01%。
Abstract:This article used Ramariabotrytoides which from YuShan as experimental material.Microwave assisted method was used to improve extraction technology of polysaccharides.The extraction rate was set as evaluation index,and some single factors(material liquid ratio,exaction time,and microwave power.)were studied.And on this base,Box-Behnken Design(BBD)and response surface methodology(RSM)were used to design experiments for optimization of extraction technology of polysaccharides from Ramariabotrytoides.Results showed that material-liquid ratio 33∶1(mL/g),microwave time 8 min with microwave power 410 W were the optimum extraction parameters.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Ramariabotrytoides was 7.01%.
