中文摘要: 建立拐枣中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。采用紫外分光光度法,对显色剂用量,稳定剂用量,水浴显色时间,稳定时间等因素分析最佳测定方法。结果表明:齐敦果酸提取的最佳试剂为75%的乙醇,以0.4 mL 50 g/L香草醛-冰醋酸为显色剂,0.8 mL高氯酸为稳定剂,70℃水浴反应25 min,在540 nm下测定吸光度得到齐墩果酸含量为4.72%,此方法为最佳测定方法。
Abstract:A method for the content determination of oleanolic acid in turnjujube was established.Ultraviolet spectroscopy,which was the best method for the content determination of color reagent and stabilizer,the coloration time of water bath and reagent and stabilizer time.The results indicated that,for the oleanolic acid,ethanol solution(75%)was found to the best extraction reagent,Vanillic aldehydet(0.4 mL,50 g/L)acetic acid was used as color reagent.Perchloric acid(0.8 mL)was used as the stabilizer,all the reactants were conducted in water bath at 70℃for 25 minates.Then the absorbance of the oleanolic acid was measured under 540 nm.Finally,the content of oleanolic acid was determined to be 4.72%.This method was determined to be the optimum method.
