中文摘要: 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR),以两种品牌不同年龄段的婴幼儿配方乳粉为例,进行红外光谱分析。研究表明,不同品牌和年龄段婴幼儿配方乳粉的红外光谱图比较相似,其中2 926、2856cm-1和1746cm-1处为脂肪特征官能团吸收峰,1 657 cm-1和1 541 cm-1处为蛋白质特征官能团吸收峰,3 383 cm-1、1 200 cm-1~1 029 cm-1和777 cm-1~769 cm-1处为碳水化合物特征官能团吸收峰,890 cm-1处为β糖苷键特征吸收峰。根据红外吸光度的差异,FTIR法可便捷的鉴别不同品牌和年龄段的婴幼儿配方乳粉,为相关生产型企业提供了快速鉴别的方法,具有借鉴意义。
Abstract:The fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to analyze the different ages infant and follow-up formula powder of two brand.Studies have shown that the infrared spectra of different ages infant and follow-up formula powder of different brands were similar,thecharacteristic functional group absorption peaks of fats were 2 926,2 856 cm-1and 1 746 cm-1,the characteristic functional group absorption peaks of proteins were 1 657 cm-1and 1 541 cm-1,the characteristic functional group absorption peaks of carbohydrates were 3 383 cm-1,1 200 cm-1~1 029 cm-1and 777 cm-1~769 cm-1,and the characteristic functional group absorption peak of beta-glycosidic bond was 890 cm-1.Based on the differences of infrared spectra,the method of FTIR is convenient to identify different ages infant and follow-up formula powder of different brands.This study provides a rapid identification method for the related production-oriented enterprises,which can be used for reference.
