中文摘要: 为建立一套对食品中唑嘧磺草胺残留量检测的方法,采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术(high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,HPLC-MS)对样品中的唑嘧磺草胺进行检测。结果表明:采用乙腈对样品进行提取后,再经过净化剂(花椒:40 mg PSA+10 mg GCB+150 mg MgSO4,其他样品:30 mg GCB+150 mg MgSO4)处理后进样,得到溶剂标准曲线在1 μg/mL~200 μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(R>0.999),而11种基质的标准曲线在 5 μg/mL~200 μg/mL 浓度范围内也呈良好线性关系(R>0.995),检出限范围为 0.1 μg/kg~33 μg/kg,因此本试验的方法满足对唑嘧磺草胺分析的要求。
Abstract:To establish the method for detection of flumetsulam residues,this experiment adopts HPLC-MS instrument testing samples of flumetsulam.The results showed that the samples were extracted by acetonitrile,then after the extraction was dealt with purifying agent(Chinese prickly ash:40 mg PSA+10 mg GCB+150 mg MgSO4,other samples:30 mg GCB+150 mg MgSO4).The pure standard curve of the solvent in 1 μg/mL-200 μg/mL had a good linear relationship(R> 0.999),and 11 kinds of samples of matrix standard curve in 5 μg/mL-200 μg/mLalso had a good linear relationship(R> 0.995),and detection limit range was 0.1 μg/kg-33 μg/kg,so the experiment method could meet the requirements of analysis of flumetsulam.
