中文摘要: 糖蛋白是由寡糖链与蛋白质共价相连构成的复合糖,具有多种生物活性,糖蛋白的分离纯化与糖蛋白结构解析和功能分析的研究有着密不可分的关系。对糖蛋白的分离纯化方法进行综述,并对未来糖蛋白的分离纯化进行展望,旨在探索糖蛋白的高效分离纯化方法,为糖蛋白的深入研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:Glycoprotein is a glycoconjugate in which a protein carries one or more carbohydrate chains covalently attached to its polypeptide backbone.Glycoprotein has emerged as an important class of bioactive natural products extracted from natural resources.The purification of glycoprotein has intimate relation with the research of glycoprotein structure and function analysis.Reviewing the methods of purification of glycoprotein,in addition,the further study of purification of glycoprotein was addressed to find a novel approach for purification of glycoprotein,aiming to provide a theory basis for furthering research of glycoprotein.
