中文摘要: 母乳为婴儿在出生后的成长提供了均衡且最佳的营养,特别是Sn-2位棕榈酸结构脂对婴儿营养具有重要意义。基于Sn-2位棕榈酸甘油酯的组成及理化性质,综述近年来有关母乳中Sn-2位棕榈酸甘油酯对婴幼儿脂肪及钙的吸收、骨骼健康、肠道菌群及功能作用的研究进展,旨在揭示Sn-2位棕榈酸甘油酯对成长发育期婴幼儿的健康影响,同时也为如何改善婴幼儿配方奶粉提供参考。

Abstract:Breast milk provided the infant with balanced and optimal nutrition for postnatal growth,especiallythe Sn-2 palmitic acid structural lipids,which were important for infant nutrition.The physicochemical properties composition and function of Sn-2 palmitic acid glyceride containing fat and calcium absorption,bone health,intestinal microflora for infant were reviewed.This paper aimed to reveal the Sn-2 position palmitic acid glycerides on the health effects of infants the growth and development,but also provided a reference for how to improve the formula in infant milk.
