中文摘要: 建立广陈皮提取物的高效液相色谱（high performance liquid chromatography，HPLC）指纹图谱，为陈皮提取物原料的质量控制提供依据。采用HPLC法分析测定13批广陈皮样品。色谱柱：EclipseXDB-C18（4.6mm×150mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-2.0%乙酸水溶液梯度洗脱；检测波长：283 nm；柱温：25℃；流速：1.0 mL/min；上样量：10 μL。建立广陈皮提取物的指纹图谱，确定出11个共有峰，广陈皮样品的相似度在0.967～0.974之间。
Abstract:To establish a method of fingerprint analysis on Citri reticulatae pericarpium extract by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC），and provide the basis for the quality control of Citri reticulatae pericarpium extract raw materials.Using HPLC analysis method to determine the 13 batches of samples Citri reticulatae pericarpium.HPLC with Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6 mm×150 mm，5 μm）chromatographic column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-2.0%acetic acid at gradient elution；the detection wavelength was at 283 nm with column temperature at 25℃；flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min；sample quantity was 10 μL.The establishment of a citri reticulatae pericarpium extract fingerprint，determine the 11 common peaks，the similarity of Citri reticulatae pericarpium samples was between 0.967 to 0.974.
