中文摘要: 建立核桃中黄曲霉毒素G1、G2、B1、B2、M1的测定方法。核桃经70%甲醇溶液提取、免疫亲和柱净化后,用高效液相色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱分析法测定。黄曲霉毒素 G1、G2、B1、B2、M1在 0.5 μg/L~50 μg/L 范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r>0.999。回收率在86.5%~98.0%之间。此方法定量准确、专属性比较强,假阳性率低,有较普遍的实用性,适合核桃中黄曲霉毒素的测定。
Abstract:To establish the determination method of Aflatoxins G1,G2,B1,B2,M1in walnut.Walnut was extracted by 70%methanol solution,purified by immunoaffinity column and analyzed by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.The linear relationship between the peak area of Aflatoxins G1,G2,B1,B2,M1was 0.5 μg/L-50 μg/L,r> 0.999.The recoveries ranged from 86.5%to 98.0%.This method was accurate,and the specificity was relatively strong,the false positive rate was low,there were more general practicality,it was suitable for the determination ofAflatoxinsin walnut.
