中文摘要: 以平卧菊三七粉末为原料,在单因素的基础上,选取乙醇浓度,超声温度,超声时间,超声功率为自变量,平卧菊三七多酚提取率为响应值,根据中心组合(Box-Benhnken)试验设计原理,采用四因素三水平的响应面分析法模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,优化平卧菊三七多酚超声提取工艺。所得最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度55%,超声温度70℃,超声时间53 mim,超声功率106 W,在此条件下,平卧菊三七多酚提取率为0.522%,与预测值0.524%基本一致。
Abstract:On the basis of single-factor test,the response surface methodology was used to investigate the effects of processing parameters,including solvent concentration,temperature,extraction time and ultrasound power.The extraction rate of GPM polyphenols was chosen as response value,mathematical model was established by implementing four factors and three levels at the basic of Box-Behnken design.The optimum technological conditions were 55%aqueous ethanol concentration,ultrasonic temperature of 70℃,extraction time of 53 min and ultrasonic power of 106 W.Under the optimum conditions,the yield rate of polyphenol was 0.522%,which general accorded with the predicted value(0.524%)according to the modal.
