Abstract:Snack food industry is a new industry with good prospects in recent years.Based on the questionnaire survey，this paper investigated and discussed the consumption situation of Ningxia halal snack food.The results showed that the Ningxia halal snack food industry needed to be further improved in terms of product variety，taste innovation，packaging，brand，and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.The results of field investigation in this paper could be used as a reference for promoting the development of Ningxia halal snack food industry.
