中文摘要: 硒在自然界中以无机硒和有机硒两种形式存在。主要介绍硒形态的前处理方法以及荧光法、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、氢化物原子荧光、液相色谱法、毛细管电泳法、比色法及各光谱法联用技术等不同检测方法、原理进行归纳,同时在导电性、酶活性、酶联免疫法方面有望成为有机硒的快速、准确、操作简便的检测方法,为硒的检测技术开发提供理论基础。

Abstract:Selenium exists in nature in two forms:inorganic selenium and organic selenium.Mainly introduces the pretreatment method of selenium form and the different detection methods,such as fluorescence method,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,hydride atomic fluorescence,liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis,colorimetric method and spectroscopy.It is expected to be a rapid,accurate and easy method for the determination of organic selenium in the aspects of conductivity,enzyme activity and enzyme-linked immunoassay,and provided a theoretical basis for the development of selenium detection technology.
