Abstract:In the last few years，with the developing of enzyme process industry，enzyme process equipment have significantly increased and enzyme process equipment trends large-scal，automation development，new type en－ zyme process equipment have emergence and development，some new changes have taken place. In this paper，it discussed enzyme characteristics,equipment type selection and provide a useful guidance for future studies to enzyme process equipment development.
