中文摘要: 近几年,随着酶制剂加工业的发展,酶制剂加工设备也获得了显著的提高,酶制剂加工设备向着大型化、自 动化发展,新型酶制剂加工设备得以涌现和发展,出现了一些新的变化。论述我国酶制剂特点及加工设备选型,并对 其未来发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:In the last few years,with the developing of enzyme process industry,enzyme process equipment have significantly increased and enzyme process equipment trends large-scal,automation development,new type en- zyme process equipment have emergence and development,some new changes have taken place. In this paper,it discussed enzyme characteristics,equipment type selection and provide a useful guidance for future studies to enzyme process equipment development.
