中文摘要: 构建低聚半乳糖指纹图谱,为低聚半乳糖生产工艺研究和质量控制提供方法,为低聚半乳糖聚合度研究提 供支持。利用离子色谱仪分离低聚半乳糖的分离度和灵敏度,构建低聚半乳糖离子色谱指纹图谱,并绘制商业化的低 聚半乳糖离子色谱指纹图谱。离子色谱的分离度和灵敏度非常适合低聚半乳糖指纹图谱的绘制,利用离子色谱法绘 制了商业化低聚半乳糖的指纹图谱,并确定了低聚半乳糖离子色谱指纹图谱的糊精指纹区,初步判定了低聚半乳糖 组分聚合度。通过绘制低聚半乳糖指纹图谱确定了商业化低聚半乳糖原料中含有 15 种以上的低聚半乳糖组分,不同 公司生产的低聚半乳糖的指纹图谱有显著不同。
Abstract:Galactooligosaccharides(GOS) fingerprint can be used to provide a method for GOS commercial pro- duction technology research, and quality control of GOS production. And it also can provide support for the re- search of GOS degree. Ion chromatography was be used to study the separation degree and sensitivity of the GOS, then determined the method of constructing GOS fingerprint and mapping commercial GOS fingerprint. By comparison, the separation and sensitivity of ion chromatography were very suitable for mapping the finger- prints of GOS. With ion chromatography, the fingerprint of commercial GOS were drew, and determined the dextrin fingerprint region of GOS. Then the degree of polymerization of GOS was determined preliminarily. Through mapping the fingerprints of GOS, more than 15 kinds of GOS were identified from commercial GOS raw material contains, and there were significant differences between different companies production of GOS.
