中文摘要: 检测烟台市售的土豆与小麦粉、玉米粉、大米、小米等作物中铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、锂 (Li)、镍(Ni)、铬(Cr)和钠(Na)等有益金属元素的含量,并比较使用两种消化方法后的检测结果以及这些作物中有益金属元素含量的差异。结果表明采用常规干式灰化法和简化后的干法处理样品对测定结果无显著影响(P>0.05),两 种方法的回收率和精密度均符合试验要求;除了玉米粉和小麦粉中的 Cr,这 9 种元素在 5 种作物中均有检出;与其 它作物相比土豆中除了 Fe、Mn、Cr 其他元素含量都相对较高。
Abstract:The beneficial metal elements such as Fe,Ca,Zn,Cu,Mn,Li,Ni,Cr,Na in potato,wheat flour,corn flour,rice and millet from markets of Yantai were tested and the detection results by using two digestion methods and the contents of these beneficial metal elements in these crops were compared. It turned out that there was no significant difference (P>0.05) on the results by using conventional Dry-ash method and simplification of Dryash method and that the recovery and the precision of these two methods were both up to the requirement. The 9 kinds of beneficial metal elements in the 5 kinds of crops were all detected except Cr in wheat flour and corn flour. The contents of these elements in potato were higher than other crops except for Fe,Mn,Cr.
