中文摘要: 采用微波辅助提取工艺从海鲜菇废菌棒中提取多糖,通过控制提取时间、微波功率以及液料比 3 个提取条 件来优化提取工艺。在单因素试验基础上,结合响应面法,得出优化后的提取参数:提取时间 10 min,微波功率 420 W, 液料比 31∶1(mL/g)。在此条件下海鲜菇废菌棒多糖的提取效果最佳,提取率为 2.01 %。
Abstract:The polysaccharides were extracted from the Hypsizygus marmoreus waste substrate by microwave-assisted extraction,and the extraction process was optimized by controlling the extraction time, microwave power and liquid-to-solid ratio. On the basis of single factor test and obtained by the response surface method, we got obtained by the response surface method: the extraction time was 10 min, the microwave power was 420 W, and ratio of liquid to material was 31∶1(mL/g). Under these conditions, the extraction efficiency of polysaccharide from waste substrate was the best, and the extraction rate was 2.01 %.
