中文摘要: 采用 Baird-Parker(BP)平板计数法、显色培养法分别对金黄色葡萄球菌能力验证的两个样品进行定量检测, 考核样品 16-K717、16-Y374 的菌落数分别为 173 000、86 CFU/mL。试验结果由中国检验检疫科学研究院检测中心给 予评价,Z 值分别为 0.68、0.38,都取得了满意结果。结果表明显色培养法比 Baird-Parker 更适合于金黄色葡萄球菌的 定量检测。
Abstract:According to the Baird-Parker plate count method and chromogenic medium, the proficiency testing was conducted for quantitative detection of Staphylococcus aureus. The results of quantitative detection of Staphylococcus aureus in sample 16-K717 was 173 000 CFU/mL and in sample 16-Y374 was 86 CFU/mL. The evaluation of two samples test results were given by the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine Compre- hensive Inspection Center. Both of them were satisfactory as the Z score were 0.68,0.38 respectively. Compared with Baird-Parker plate count, chromogenic medium is more suitable for quantitative detection of Staphylococ- cus aureus. In general, this research provided certain support for the quantitative detection of Staphylococcus aureus.
