Abstract:Analyzed the results of blind assessment and the ability of verity of aerober and Staphylococcus au－ reus by 2015-2016，finded the process details of detection，improved the detectability of inspectors，controlled the test quantity of laboratory， ensured the accuracy result. Analyzing the process of detection through the com－ parison result of two different levels of inspectors for participate in two consecutive years blind evaluation and other proficiency testing. Test results can reach the rated requirements（|Z |＜1） of two different levels inspectors for two consecutive years. Their test results showed no significant differences （P>0.05）； relative to the skilled examiner,higher z value，poor accuracy. There were some problems with the inspectors in the aspects of dilution levels，spread-plate technique，viewing，counting and so on， noticed examiners needed study and gain wider ex－ perience continually. Lab managers should strengthen the monitoring and verification of inspectors detection pro－ cess， thereby improved the quality of laboratory testing.
