中文摘要: 建立微波辅助萃取-液相色谱-原子荧光光谱法(Microwave Assisted Extraction-Liquid Chromatography-atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry,MAE-LC-AFS)测定鸡蛋中阿散酸(Arsanilic, ASA)、洛克沙砷(Roxarsone, ROX)、硝苯砷酸 (Nitarsone, NIT)的分析方法。研究并优化液相色谱和原子荧光的工作条件。在 0~2.0 mg/L 范围内阿散酸、硝苯砷酸和 洛克沙砷的线性关系良好,线性相关系数大于 0.999,阿散酸、硝苯砷酸、洛克沙砷检出限(S/N=10)分别为 0.1、0.2、0.2 mg/kg。阿散酸在 0.1、0.2、0.5 mg/kg 3 个加标水平下的平均回收率为 80.5 %~91.0 %,相对标准偏差为 3.14 %~3.77 %;硝苯砷酸和洛克沙砷在 0.2、0.5、2 mg/kg, 3 个加标水平下平均回收率为 81.0 %~91.1 %和 82.5 %~104.9 %,相 对标准偏差为 2.72 %~4.02 %和 1.81 %~7.52 %。
Abstract:A method for determination of arsanilic (ASA) ,nitarsone (NIT) and roxarsone (ROX) residues in eggs was developed by Microwave Assisted Extraction-Liquid Chromatography-atomic Fluorescence Spectrom- etry (MAE-LC-AFS).The working conditions of liquid chromatography and atomic fluorescence were studied and optimized. The linearity of arsanilic , nitarsone and roxarsone in the range of 0-2.0 mg/L was good, linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999. The detection limits of ASA, NIT and ROX were 0.1, 0.2,0.2 mg/kg,respectively. The average recoveries of arsanilic were 80.5 %-91.0 % at the levels of 0.1,0.2,0.5 mg/kg, RSDs were 3.14 %-3.77 %. The average recoveries of nitarsone and roxarsone were 81.0 %-91.1 % and 82.5 %-104.9 % at the levels of 0.2,0.5,2.0 mg/kg, RSDs were 2.72 %-4.02 % and 1.81 %-7.52 %.
