中文摘要: 主要研究超声波辅助草果精油提取优化工艺及其清除自由基作用,同时对正交试验进行方差分析,结果表 明:各因素及模型对提取率的影响均达到了极显著水平,最佳工艺参数为提取次数为 4 次,料液比为 1∶15(g/mL),乙 醇浓度为 75 %,超声时间 50 min。草果精油清除 DPPH 自由基、清除 ABTS+自由基及络合 Fe2+能力试验表明,草果精 油在浓度 2 mg/mL~10mg/mL 的 DPPH 自由基清除率、ABTS+自由基清除率及 Fe2+络合率都随着提取物的浓度增加而 增大的变化趋势,但 2 mg/mL 草果精油清除 ABTS+自由基效果好于同浓度的 BHT。
Abstract:This paper mainly studies the ultrasonic assisted essential oils of Amomum tsao-ko extraction and optimization process and its effect on the free radicals, and variance analysis of orthogonal experiment, the results showed that the models and the factors influence on extraction yield were reached extremely significant level, the best process parameters: extraction times for four times, and solid-liquid ratio was 1∶15(g/mL),75 % ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time 50 min. Essential oils of Amomum tsao-ko scavenging DPPH free radical, remove ABTS+ free radical and complexing ability of Fe2+ test showed that essential oils of Amomum tsao-ko at the concentration of 2 mg/mL -10 mg/mL of DPPH free radical clearance, ABTS+ free radical clear- ance and Fe2+ complexing rate are the change trend of the activity was increased with the concentration of the extract, but 2 mg/mL essential oils of Amomum tsao-ko removal ABTS+ free radical better than with the concen- tration of butylated hydroxyl toluene.
