小根蒜挥发油抑菌活性的研究

中文摘要: 在研究小根蒜挥发油的抑菌活性试验中,选择了青霉、酿酒酵母、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌 4 种常见的霉 菌、真菌、细菌为受试菌种,采用了滤纸片法进行抑菌活性分析。结果表明,小根蒜挥发油对这 4 种菌种都有明显的抑 制作用,根据抑菌圈直径大小可以判断其对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果相对较强;而对于青霉菌和酿酒 酵母菌抑制效果一般。用分光光度计对不同浓度的抑菌液培养的液体培养基进行比色测定,测定 OD 值,OD 值越低 抑菌性越好。结果显示,小根蒜挥发油抑菌液对酿酒酵母最低抑菌浓度为 1.25 %,对青霉最低抑菌浓度为 0.63 %,对 大肠杆菌最低抑菌浓度为 0.63 %,对金黄色葡萄球菌最低抑菌浓度为 0.31 %。

Abstract:In the research of Allium macrostemon Bunge volatile oil antibacterial activity test, Penicillium and Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus were selected,four kinds of common mold, fungi, bacteria as test strain, and the filter paper method was used to analysis of antibacterial activity. Results showed that Allium macrostemon Bunge volatile oil had obvious inhibitory effect on the four kinds of strain. Ac- cording to the diameter size of the inhibition zone, it could be judged that the inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were relatively stronger; while on the effect Penicillium and Saccharomyces cerevisiae were modest. Taking colorimetric determination to different concentrations of antibacterial liquid cul- ture medium with spectrophotometer determined the OD value, the lower value, the better antibacterial activity. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of Allium macrostemon Bunge volatile oil antibac- terial liquid on Saccharomyces cerevisiae was 1.25 %, on Penicillium was 0.63 %, on Escherichia coli was 0.63 % and on Staphylococcus aureus was 0.31 %.
