中文摘要: 测定了建宁、广昌、宝应、湖南、洪湖 5 个产地中莲心的生物碱、黄酮、甾醇、挥发油的含量。用乙醇超声提 取莲心粉末,分光光度法,得到莲心生物碱含量最高的是广昌莲心 7.18 mg/g;莲心中黄酮含量最高的是洪湖莲心14.28 mg/g。利用有机溶剂提取法得到甾醇粗提物,经过皂化,SPE 柱萃取,衍生,氮吹后,GC-MS 测定莲心中甾醇含 量,得到莲心中甾醇含量最高的是宝应莲心 0.40 mg/g,主要成分为 β-谷甾醇。利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取莲心中的挥发 油,并利用 GC-MS 测定挥发油的含量及成分,得到莲心挥发油含量最高的是湖南莲心 0.60 %,其中亚油酸及亚油酸 酯类、棕榈酸及棕榈酸酯含量较多,还有少量的植醇、酚类及角鲨烯。本文通过测定不同产地莲心生物碱、黄酮、甾醇、 挥发油的含量,建立相应数据库,以及对不同产地莲心进行功能评价,可为莲心资源的研究提供依据。广昌莲心各功 能性成分含量均较高,开发利用广昌莲心资源具有较广的应用前景。
Abstract:This research studied the contents of alkaloids, flavonoids, sterol as well as volatile oil from the Plumula nelumbinis of the five origins of Jian Ning, Guang Chang, Bao Ying, Hu Nan, Hong Hu. With ethanol as extraction solvent, we extracted physiologically active substances from Plumula nelumbinis powders by ultra- sonic extraction way, and measured with spectrophotometry. The highest content of alkaloids in Plumula nelumbinis was Guang Chang Lotus 7.18 mg/g. The highest content of flavonoids in Plumula nelumbinis was Hong Hu Lotus 14.28 mg/g. Extract by organic solvents, saponification, solid phase extraction, derivation, and nitrogen blow, and then detect the content of sterol in the Plumula nelumbinis by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer. The highest content of sterol in Plumula nelumbinis was Bao Ying Lotus 0.40 mg/g, and the main kind of sterol was β-sitosterol. Extract the volatile oil by steam distillation, and detect it by Gas Chromatogra- phy-Mass Spectrometer. The highest content of volatile oil in Plumula nelumbinis was Hu Nan Lotus 0.60 %. The content of linoleic acid and linoleic acid esters, palmitic acid and palmitic acid ester played a major part, and the content of phytol, phenols, and squalene accounted for a minor place.This article established the database and conducts functional evaluation of Plumula nelumbinis of different areas for further study of Plumula nelumbinis resource, by detecting the contents of alkaloids, flavonoids, sterols and volatile oil of Plumula nelumbinis in five origins. Guang Chang Plumula nelumbinis had a relative high functional ingredients, it is promising to develop and use Guang Chang Plumula nelumbinis resource.
