中文摘要: 采用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)体系制备 N-琥珀酰壳聚糖。试验考察反应温度、氨基/酸酐摩尔比和反应时间对 N-琥 珀酰壳聚糖取代度的影响,并对壳聚糖及其衍生物膜的机械性能进行测定分析。结果表明,壳聚糖经碱处理后,当反应 温度 60 ℃,氨基/酸酐摩尔比 1 ∶ 2,反应时间 6 h,N-琥珀酰壳聚糖取代度最高可达 0.61。试验发现:添加甘油的 N-琥珀 酰壳聚膜机械性能较壳聚糖膜机械延展性能明显增强。

Abstract:Dimethyl sulfoxide system was used to prepare N-succinyl chitosan. The influences of the reaction temperature, the mole ratio of amino group of chitosan to anhydride and the reaction time on the degree of sub- stitution were investigated respectively. The degree of substitution of N-succinyl chitosan could achieve 0.61 when the chitosan was treated by diluted alkali, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, the mole ratio of anhydride to amino group was 1 ∶ 2 and the reaction time was 6 h. It was found that N-succinyl chitosan membrane me- chanical ductility properties could significantly enhance when glycerol was added to chitosan membrane.
