Abstract:The research progress of mutagenic breeding methods in mold was introduced. The effects of physical mutation， chemical mutation and physical -chemical compound mutation were introduced. Research showed that， physical mutation methods were more widely used than chemical methods， the use of physical mutation and the appropriate combination of chemical mutation also achieved good results.
