Abstract:This article discussed the advantage and development progress of tea functional food. The problems in development process such as the lack of standard, the instability of sensory quality, the short shelf life and so on were expounded. It also illustrated the solving measures in the process and the prospect of the development trend of tea functional food. This could provide a better basis for the development of tea functional food.
