Abstract:The Termitomyces albuminosus mycelia growth rate was used as evaluation index, and the single fac- tor test was used to optimize the carbon source, the concentration of carbon source, the nitrogen source and the amount of nitrogen source. Then the optimal solid medium was obtained by response surface methodology. The optimized solid culture medium component were agar 20 g/L, fructose 23 g/L, tryptone 3 g/L, VB1 2 mg/L, the natural pH value. The Termitomyces albuminosus mycelia growth rate reached up to 0.9 cm/d under the original fermentation conditions.
