中文摘要: 对费氏丙酸杆菌(Propionibacterium freudenreichii CS1420)发酵培养基的碳源进行优化,旨在提高菌体密度。结 果表明,以乳酸钠作为单一碳源时,当乳酸钠添加量为 32 g/L 时,菌体生长量最大,OD600nm 为 1.95;以葡萄糖作为单一碳 源时,当葡萄糖添加量为 8 g/L 时,菌体生长量最大,OD600nm 为 1.242;以乳酸钠和葡萄糖作为复合碳源时,当碳源添加量 为 18.8g/L 乳酸钠+1.2g/L 葡萄糖时,菌体生长量最大,OD600nm为 2.06,这说明,复合碳源可以有效的提高菌体密度。

Abstract:The effects of the carbon sources of the medium on the growth of Propionibacterium freudenreichii CS1420 were studied in order to increase the cell density. The results showed: the growth rate of the cell was the largest when sodium lactate was used as a single carbon source and the amount of sodium lactate was 32g/L, OD600nm was 1.95. The growth rate of the cell was the largest when glucose was used as a single carbon source and the amount of sodium lactate was 8 g/L, OD600nm was 1.242. The growth rate of the cell was the largest when glu- cose and sodium lactate were used as compounded carbons and the amount of sodium lactate was 18.8 g/L sodi- um lactate, 1.2 g/L glucose, OD600nm was 2.06. This showed that the composite carbon source can effectively im- prove the cell density.
