中文摘要: 探讨野生刺五加联合枸杞子对糖尿病模型小鼠的降血糖作用的影响。 选取 50 只糖尿病模型小鼠随机分为刺 五加组(5 g/kg)、枸杞子组(5 g/kg)、刺五加、枸杞子(1 ∶ 1)配伍组、四氧嘧啶模型组、空白对照组,连续灌胃 15 d。测定其空 腹血糖,胰岛素水平、血清 SOD、MDA 含量,进行口服糖耐量实验。结果表明:刺五加、枸杞子配伍组与四氧嘧啶模型组 比较可显著降低糖尿病模型小鼠空腹血糖,提高胰岛素水平和葡萄糖耐受量,显著提高糖尿病小鼠血清中 SOD 活性, 降低 MDA 的含量。长白山野生刺五加与枸杞子联合对糖尿病模型小鼠有降血糖作用。
Abstract:In this paper we investigated the hypoglycemic effect of wild Acanthopanax and Chinese wolfberry fruit towards diabetic mice. We made 50 diabetic mice randomly divided into the following groups: Acan -thopanax group(5 g/kg), Chinese wolfberry fruit group(5 g/kg), Acanthopanax and Chinese wolfberry fruit(1 ∶ 1) group, alloxan model group and the blank control group. The mice were continouslyreceivedthe intragastri- cadministration for 15 days and measured the content of fasting blood glucose, insulin, serum SOD, serum MDA, then we conductedthe oral glucose tolerance experiment on the mice. Results: Acanthopanax and Chi- nese wolfberry fruit group and alloxan model group significantly reduced the fasting blood glucose in diabetic mice, increasing the level of insulin and glucose tolerance and significantly improving the SOD activity in serum of diabetic mice, mean while the content of MDA was reduced. Changbai Mountain wild Acanthopanax com- bined with fruit of Chinese wolfberry has a hypoglycemic effect on diabetic mice.
