中文摘要: 建立直接法测定大米中的汞。通过大米中汞的测定研究,用 DMA-80 测汞仪测定大米中的汞,并与原子荧光光 谱法测定结果进行比较,可以作为方法之一。工作曲线 0~600 ng,线性良好,实物标样的测定值在定值范围内,加标回收 率在 96.7 %~102.1 %,检出限:0.2 μg/kg,该方法无需对样品进行前处理,保护环境,可以作为大米中汞的检测方法。
Abstract:A new analytical method was developed for determination of mercury in rice. Through the study on the determination of mercury in rice, by DMA-80 measured mercury analyzer determination of mercury in rice, and AFS determination results were compared, as one of the methods. Working curve 0-600 ng, good linearity, object values measured at a constant value within the range, and the recovery rate in the 96.7 %-102.1 %, de- tection limit: 0.2 μg/kg. This method is no need of sample pretreatment, protect the environment, can be used for determination of mercury in rice.
