中文摘要: 采用单因素试验分析和正交试验设计,研究超声波辅助提取野玫瑰色素的工艺条件,研究了超声波功率,处理 时间,浸提温度对野玫瑰色素的提取效率的影响。结果表明:野玫瑰花粉颗粒大小为 60 目,10 倍花瓣的 50 %乙醇为溶 剂,超声波辅助提取野玫瑰色素得率较高。确定了超声波辅助提取野玫瑰色素的最佳的提取条件是:处理 20 min,浸提 温度 40 ℃,超声功率 300 W;野玫瑰色素 DPPH 自由基和·OH 清除作用明显,且具有较好的还原能力。

Abstract:Using analysis of single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment design, ultrasonic assisted ex- traction process conditions of wild rose pigment, studies the ultrasonic power, processing time, leaching tem- perature effects on wild rose pigment extraction efficiency. The results showed that the wild rose pollen grain size was 60 mesh, 10 times the petals of 50 % ethanol as the solvent, ultrasonic assisted extraction of wild rose pig- ment yield is higher. Determine the ultrasonic assisted extraction of wild rose pigment's the best extraction con- ditions: 20 min, leaching temperature 40 ℃, ultrasonic power 300 W. Wild rose pigment DPPH free radicals and·OH scavenging effect is obvious, and has good ability to restore.
