中文摘要: 以干燥枇杷叶为原料,采用水提醇沉法,通过单因素试验和正交试验,优化微波辅助法提取枇杷叶中多糖的 工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:料液比为 1 ∶ 20(g/mL),微波功率为 640 W,微波时间为 150 s,枇杷叶多糖的 提取率为 10.350 mg/g。

Abstract:With dry loquat leaves as raw material, we used the method of water-extraction and alcohol-precipita- tion, optimized the technological conditions of microwave-assisted extraction through the single-factor and or thogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal extracting conditions were liquid-solid ratio 1 ∶ 20(g/mL), microwave power 640 W and microwave treatment time 150 s, the extraction rate could be up to 10.350 mg/g.
