中文摘要: 以竹屑为原料,利用响应面法对竹屑多糖的提取工艺条件进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上,选取提取温度、 提取时间、液料比为影响因子,以多糖得率为响应值,根据 Box-Behnken 中心组合试验设计原理,采用三因素三水平的 响应面分析法,建立二次回归模型,研究各变量交互作用及其对竹屑多糖得率的影响。结果表明,通过方差分析可知各 因素对竹屑多糖提取率影响的大小依次为提取温度、时间、料液比。竹屑提取多糖的最佳工艺条件为:浸提温度 78 ℃、浸提 时间 21 min、料液比 1 ∶ 16(g/mL),在此条件下竹屑多糖提取率可达 3.180 9 %,与模型预测值 3.181 2 %高度相符。
Abstract:In order to optimize the conditions of extraction method of polysaccharides from bamboo chip, based on the experiment of single factor, a three-factor-three-level test was employed for the analysis of variance of the factorial parameters (extraction temperature,extraction time and ratio of solid to liquid) and their interac- tion on extraction rate. The mathematical regression model was established by employing Box-Behnken Design( BBD) of response surface methodology(RSM) . The polysaccharides yield was taken as the response of the de- signed experiments.The results indicated the importance of three process parameters affecting extraction yield of polysaccharides order were extraction temperature, extraction time and ratio of solid to liquid. The optimum ex- traction conditions of polysaccharides from bamboo chip were as follows: extraction temperature 78 ℃, extrac- tion time 21 min and ratio of solid to liquid 1 ∶ 16 (g/mL). The extraction yield of polysaccharides of bamboo chip could be up to 3.180 9 %, exhibiting a good agreement with the predicted values 3.181 2 %.
