Abstract:Food safety issues were still emerging， affecting the health of our peopleseriously， improve the food safety legal system to reduce food safety incidents was imperative. Food safety testing technology was an impor－ tant technical means to ensure food safety， to carry out food safety technology research and development to im－ prove China's food safety legal system had a significant impact. This study analyzed the status of food safety and food safety technology research and development in China， from the multiaspect analysis the food safety testing technology research and development affected the perfect effect of food safety legal system.
