中文摘要: 罗汉果甜苷是罗汉果的甜味主要成分,我国具有丰富的植物来源。近年来研究发现,罗汉果甜苷具有多种生理 活性,如降血糖、抗氧化、保肝、降脂减肥等,因此罗汉果可用于医药、食品添加剂、功能食品等领域。本文主要对罗汉果 甜苷的理化性质、提取方法、生理活性及开发应用做简要概述。
Abstract:Mogroside, one of the main active ingredients of Siraitia grosvenorii, has rich plant sources in our country. In recent years, the study found that mogroside has many biological activities, such as hypoglycemic, antioxidant, protecting liver and lipid-lowering diet. Mogroside can also be used in medicine, food additives, functional food and other fields. This article mainly to make a brief conclusion about the physical and chemical properties, extract method, biological activities and application development of mogroside.
