中文摘要: 近年来,食源性疾病已成为当前世界上最突出、最广泛的食品安全问题,致病菌可导致食源性疾病的发生,然 而现行的致病菌检测手段已不能满足快速、准确、高通量等要求。液相芯片技术是基于流式细胞技术、酶联免疫吸附技 术和传统芯片技术等开发的新一代生物芯片技术和新型蛋白质研究平台,能同时检测多种致病菌。首先对液相芯片的 技术原理、特点等进行了简单介绍,接着重点对该技术在食源性致病菌检测中的应用情况进行了总结,同时指出了其在 食源性致病菌检测过程中可能出现的问题,最后对该技术的应用前景进行了展望,对有效控制食物中毒事件的发生、食 品安全控制、海关进出口检验检疫、临床诊断等具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:In recent years, food borne disease has become the world's most outstanding and widely problems in food safety currently. Pathogens can lead to food borne disease. The existing detection methods for the pathogens which lead to food borne disease can not meet the requirements of the fast, accurate and the high flux. There is an urgent need to develop a rapid and accurate method to detect food borne pathogens. Firstly, the paper intro- duced the principle of the suspension array technology; secondly, the characteristic of the suspension array technology has been summarized; thirdly, it was focused on the application of this technology in the detection of food borne pathogens; at the same time the technical problems that may occur in the process of detection of food borne pathogens were pointed out; finally, the application of this technology was prospected; it had great impor-tance to control the occurrence of food poisoning effectively and the food safety, the customs import and export inspection and the clinical diagnosis, etc.
