中文摘要: 番茄红素为一种天然类胡萝卜素,具有抗氧化、延缓衰老、防癌抗癌、预防心脑血管疾病、增强免疫力、保护皮 肤等多种功能活性,在食品、医药和饲料行业得到广泛应用。综述近年来番茄红素提取技术及其功能活性在我国的研究 进展,为番茄红素的进一步研究开发提供参考。

Abstract:Lycopene as natural carotenoids has been reported for their biological activities, such as antioxida- tion, resist aging, anticancer, prevent cardiovascular disease, protect the skin and so on, and has been widely employed in food, medicine and feed fields. The research progress of extraction techniques and functional bioactivities of lycopene were reviewed, which had provided reference for the further research and development of lycopene.
