中文摘要: 运动性贫血是运动领域重要关注的问题,严重影响运动员的身体健康和竞技水平。为改善现状,采用蚯蚓为原 料,提取生物态含铁蛋白,联合黑木耳汁和红枣汁开发一种功能性食品。通过小鼠和运动员的运动性贫血改善实验分析 这种食品的功能性,研究结果证实所制备的功能性食品可以有效缓解改善小鼠和运动员的运动性贫血症状,并具有一 定安全性。
Abstract:Sports anemia was an important concern problem in the field of sports, affecting the athletes' physi- cal health and competitive level seriously. In order to change the status, earthworms were used as raw materials to extract ferritin from biomass, and a functional food was developed in combination with black fungus juice and jujube juice. The results showed that the functional food prepared by our study can effectively alleviate the symptoms of exercise anemia in mice and athletes, and had certain safety.
