中文摘要: 采用红景天为原料,制备一种富含红景天提取物的运动食品,预防并缓解高原运动性疲劳。研究结果发现,小 鼠骨骼肌细胞中抗疲劳相关的细胞通路均被激活,其相关蛋白的表达水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),证实红景天提 取物在细胞水平表现出抗疲劳功效;人类自愿者高原运动试验证实,试验组运动相关指标和疲劳相关生化指标均显著 高于对照组人员(P<0.05),并且未发生任何不良反应事件。证实红景天运动食品具有有效的抗高原疲劳功效,具有一定 应用价值。
Abstract:Rhodiola was used as raw material to prepare a diet rich in rhodiola extract, which was applied to prevent and relieve the fatigue of plateau sport. The results showed that the anti-fatigue related cellular path- ways were activatedin mouse skeletal muscle cells, and the expression of related proteins was significantly high- er than that in the control group(P<0.05). It was confirmed that the extract of rhodiola had obvious anti-altitude exercise fatigue effect at the cellular level.Human volunteers plateau motion experiments confirmed that the ex- ercise -related indexes and fatigue -related biochemical indexes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and no adverse events were observed. These results showed that rhodiola was effective in anti-plateau fatigue and had certain application value.
