中文摘要: 研究富伽马氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid, GABA)米糠有效改善高脂饮食诱发大鼠氧化应激和肝功能损伤。 添加 GABA 前体物 L-谷氨酸,通过原米糠中脱酸酶转化获得富 GABA 米糠,其中 GABA 的含量由 32 mg/100 g 升高至 242 mg/100 g。原米糠、富 GABA 米糠分别添加到高脂饲料,试验大鼠分为正常对照组、高脂饲料组、普通米糠组和富 GABA 米糠组,考察普通米糠、富 GABA 米糠对高脂饮食大鼠的体重、肝指数、肝功能及氧化应激的影响。富 GABA 米糠 组大鼠体重明显低于高脂饲料组大鼠和普通米糠组大鼠(p<0.5),富 GABA 米糠在减轻肝脏细胞脂肪变性、降低转氨酶 及碱性磷酸酶、改善肝脏氧化应激等方面优于普通米糠组大鼠。 关键词: 普通米糠;富GABA米糠;高脂饮食;肝功能;氧化应激
Abstract:High -fat diet induced oxidative stress and liver function injury in rats were effectively improved through investigating GABA-enrich rice bran. The natural rice bran was transformed into the GABA-enrich rice bran by virtue of aminobutyric acid enzyme, which was acquired by adding GABA precursor substance L-Glu- tamic acid into it. It was clearly found that the content of GABA increased from 32 mg/100 g to 242 mg/100 g. Firstly, the natural rice bran and GABA-enrich rice bran were added into the high fat feedstuff respectively. Then, the effects of GABA-enrich rice bran on high-fat diet rats weight, liver function and even oxidative stress were studied, the experimental rats were divided into four categories - normal control group, high -fat feed group, natural rice bran, and GABA-enrich rice bran group. Finally, it was revealed that the rat weight in GA- BA-enrich rice bran group was lower than high fat fee group rats and natural rice bran group rats (P<0.5). Therefore, it was proved that the GABA -enrich rice was superior to the natural rice bran in reducing liver steatosis cells, aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and in improving liver oxidative stress.
