白灵菇多糖的提取及其免疫活性研究

中文摘要: 通过 L18(37)正交试验,研究了物料粒度、料液比、微波功率、微波时间、提取温度、微波提取次数、乙醇与浓缩液 比值这 7 个因素对白灵菇多糖得率的影响。试验结果表明:物料粒度、料液比、微波功率、微波时间、微波提取次数对白 灵菇多糖得率均有显著地影响。并确定提取白灵菇多糖的最佳参数为:物料粒度 0.150 mm、料液比 1 ∶ 20(g/mL)、微波功 率 300 W、微波时间 6 min、提取温度 90 ℃、微波提取次数 3 次、乙醇与浓缩液比值 4 ∶ 1(体积比)。在最佳条件下,白灵菇 多糖提取率可达 9.31 %。通过小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的实验表明,在适当的剂量下,提取到的白灵菇多糖能明显提高小鼠 的免疫功能。

Abstract:The effect of material size, the ratio of material to liquid, microwave power, microwave time, extrac- tion temperature, times and multiple of ethanol on the yield of polysaccharide from Pleurotus nebrodensis was studied through L18(37) orthogonal experiment. Orthogonal experiment analysis showed that material size, the ratio of material to liquid, microwave power, microwave time and times appreciable impact. The optimum con- ditions were: material size was 0.150 mm, the ratio of material to liquid was 1 ∶ 20 (g/mL), microwave power was 300 W, microwave time was 6 min, extraction temperature was 90 ℃ , times was 3 and multiple of ethanol was 4 ∶ 1(ratios of the volume).Under the optimal circumstances, the extraction rate of polysaccharide could be up to 9.31 %. The experiment of lymphocyte proliferation of mouse's spleen showed that polysaccharide from Pleurotus nebrodensis at moderate dose significantly promoted the immunologic function in mice.
