中文摘要: 以灵芝孢子粉多糖为研究对象,通过单因素试验考察液料比、提取温度、提取时间 3 个因素对提取率的影响, 确定提取灵芝孢子粉多糖的最优工艺参数,并运用响应面法对 3 个因素进行优化,得到优化后的提取工艺,并确定该工 艺条件的可靠性和高效性。结果表明:单因素试验确定提取灵芝孢子粉多糖的最优工艺为液料比 20 ∶ 1(mL/g)、提取温 度 80 ℃、提取时间 2 h,在此条件下灵芝孢子粉多糖提取率为 4.78 %;运用响应面法优化工艺参数,确定最佳工艺条件 为:液料比 21.27 ∶ 1(mL/g)、提取温度 80.10 ℃、提取时间 2.10 h,在此条件下预测多糖提取率为 4.84 %;对模型进行验证, 实测结果为 4.81 %,与拟合方程预测值符合良好。
Abstract:This paper concentrate on GLSPs, the optimum process parameters of extracting GLSPs were deter- mined through single factor experiment, in which the three factors that influence the extraction yield of GLSPs (including the ratio of water to material, the extraction temperature and the extraction time) were controlled and tracked. At the same time, the response surface method was used to optimize the three factors and lead to the optimized extraction process as well as to determine the reliability and efficiency of this optimized process con- ditions.The single factor experiments showed that the optimized process of extracting GLSPs was as follows: the ratio of water to material was 20 ∶ 1(mL/g), the extraction temperature was 80 ℃ and the extraction time was 2 hours. Under such condition, the extraction yield of GLSPs was 4.78 %; By using the response surface method to optimize the process parameters, the optimized process of extracting GLSPs was as follows: the ratio of water to material was 21.27 ∶ 1 (mL/g), the extraction temperature was 80.10 ℃ and the extraction time was 2.10 hours. Under such condition, the extraction yield of GLSPs was 4.84 %; To verify this model, the measured re- sult was 4.81 %, and the developed regression model could experimental data well and was qualified.
