中文摘要: 为明确室温敞放、微孔膜密封、真空保藏对新鲜天麻的保鲜效果,本研究通过感官观察、称量计算、高效液相色 谱法对天麻外观改变、水分散失及活性成分含量进行了检测。结果表明,室温敞放天麻的水分散失严重,外观较差,但其 活性成分下降较缓慢;微孔膜密封保存能较好的维持天麻外观形态及自身特性;真空保存天麻容易发生腐烂变质,不能 食用。在 20 d 内,以上 3 种方法保存的天麻中活性成分含量均高于药典要求含量。新鲜天麻中天麻素与对羟基苯甲醇含 量较高,具有较高的食用或药用价值;在较低温度环境条件下,敞放或微孔膜封藏均能较好的保证其含量。

Abstract:To make clear the preservative effect of room temperature exposure, microporous membrane sealing and vacuum preservation on fresh Gastrodia elata, indexes including the appearance change, the loss of water, and the content of active components of Gastrodia were detected by sensory observation, weighing calculation, and high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that Gastrodia elata with room temperature ex- posure loss water seriouly, and with bad appearance, but the active ingredient decreased more slowly; the Gas- trodia elata with microporous membrane sealed can better maintain the appearance and its own characteristics; the Gastrodia elata with vacuum preservation prone to rot and can't eat. In 20 days, the above three methods preserved Gastrodia elata's active ingredient content higher than the requirements of Pharmacopoeia content. Gastrodin and hydroxyl benzene methanol content in Fresh Gastrodia elata are higher, with high edible and medicinal value; open or microporous membrane enclosed can better ensure the content under the low tempera- ture environment.
