中文摘要: 以尼龙膜袋、PA/PE 五层共挤膜袋、PA/PE 复合膜袋、避光铝膜袋作为包装袋,对新鲜花生仁进行抽真空充二氧 化碳气体常温密闭度夏贮藏研究。通过测定过氧化值、酸价、过氧化氢酶、黄曲霉毒素 B1 含量,结果表明:采用避光铝膜 作为包装材料充 CO2 气体密闭贮藏对抑制花生氧化及黄曲霉毒素产生具有一定的效果。
Abstract:This experiment used nylon bag,five layer co extrusion bags, PA/PE composite bag, light avoiding aluminum film bag as packaging materials. The storage of fresh peanut in vacuum sealed carbon dioxide at roomtemperature was studied over the summer. The peroxidation value, acid value, peroxide enzyme and AFB1 con- tent were determined. The results showed that the peanut oxidation and the growth of aflatoxin were inhibited by using the light avoiding aluminum film bag with filling CO2 during the storage.
