Abstract:A kind of lentinan puffed food was developed， and assessed the regulatory function of the athlete in－ testinal was assessed. The results showed that lentinan puffed food prepared by microwave method could effec－ tively maintain the functional activity of lentinan， and had the best yield when the puffing rate was 2.5 % . Through the subjective judgment， the blood test and faeces test， the effects of lentinan puffed food on the four different professional athletes intestinal were analyzed. After the subjective judgment， the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group. By the blood test， in addition to dendritic cell content did not change， the experimental group other indicators were significantly improved than the control group （P <0.05）. By the faeces test results， the physical indexes， chemical indexes and microbial content of the experimental group were significantly improved than the control group （P <0.05）. The lentinan puffed food had obvious regulation effect on the athletes intestinal function during the preparation and competition， and there were not any adverse reaction.
