中文摘要: 采用纳米脂质载体的方法制备一种白芸豆 α-淀粉酶抑制剂功能性食品, 设计自愿者实验分析纳米白芸豆 α淀粉酶抑制剂脂质体功能性食品的降脂减重功能。结果表明实验组人员经过连续 90 天的实验,体重、BMI、LDL-C、TC、 TG 和粪便脂肪率均较对照组人员出现显著下降(P<0.05)。这种纳米脂质功能食品具有足够的安全性,其研发对体育健 康产业的影响显著。
Abstract:A white kidney bean α-amylase inhibitor functional food was prepared by nano-liposome, and a volunteer experiment was conducted to analyze the lipid-lowering and weight-reducing function of nano-white kidney bean α -amylase inhibitor liposome functional food . The results showed that the body weight, BMI, LDL-C, TC, TG and fecal fat percentage of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 90 days of continuous treatment(P <0.05). This nano-lipid functional food had sufficient se- curity, the development of nanometer lipid functional food was impacted significantly in sports and health indus- try.
