红心猕猴桃不同部位提取物抗肿瘤活性研究

中文摘要: 为评价乐业红心猕猴桃不同部位提取物体外抗胃癌 MGC-803、 宫颈癌 Hela 和肝癌 HepG2 3 种细胞株的生物 活性。使用酒精-水混合溶剂分别提取红心猕猴桃不同部位(根、枝、叶和果实)获得不同部位提取物;使用 MTT 法评价 不同部位提取物体外抗胃癌活性, 使用 CCK-8 法评价不同部分体外抗宫颈癌和肝癌活性。 结果表明在抗胃癌 MGC-803 活性中,枝的乙酯组分、果实的 90 %酒精组分和果实组分的活性较好,而在抗宫颈癌 Hela 活性中,枝的水组分、果 实 50 %酒精组分和果实水组分活性比较好。 因此乐业红心猕猴桃具有一定抑制胃癌 MGC-803 和宫颈癌 Hela 细胞生 长活性,其中果实部位活性最好。

Abstract:In order to investigate the inhibitory activities to three human cancer cell lines(gastric cancer MGC-803, cervical cancer Hela and hepatic carcinoma HepG2 cell lines) of the fractions from the different parts (root, branch, leave and fruit) of red-fleshed kiwifruit(Actinidia chinensis) from Guangxi, Leye country. The fractions of the different parts were obtained by extracting with EtOH-H2O as solvent. The inhibitory activities in vitro on MGC-803 cell lines were evaluated by using MTT method, and Hela along with HepG2 cell lines were evaluated by using CCK-8 method. According to the bioassay in virto, The EtOAc fraction of branch, the E- tOH-H2O (90 ∶ 10)along with H2O fractions of fruit had better inhibitory activities on MGC-803 cells, and the H2O fraction of branch, the EtOH-H2O (50 ∶ 50) together with H2O fractions of fruit possessed better activities against Hela cells growing. Thus the red-fleshed kiwifruit had some activities against MGC-803 and Hela cells growing, and the activity of fruit was the best.
