Abstract:Gynostemma pentaphyllum could relieve the exercise-induced fatigue effect and enhancing the level of immunity after exercise， and that had the potential value for sports drink development. In this study， a sport drink based on the Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharide had been developed. By mouse sports experiment and the athlete volunteer sports experiment， that had proved that the effect of activating the immune state and improved the human immune level of sports drinks. The Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides sport drink had obvious application value， it was worth vigorously developed and widely promoted.
